It all started wheN Meggie Smith Ran a 30 minute PB in the marathon as our 1st ever athlete in 2011.

Over the last decade I have had the pleasure of helping athletes train for 5ks, half marathons, marathons, qualifying for the Olympic trials, returning to running post partum, rediscovering their love for running, battling back after injuries, and really discovery what works best for you as an individual. My philosophy as a coach is getting you to become a smarter, stronger, more consistent and injury free runner. To find the best version of yourself as a runner and figure out how to plug that into your life and your goals. Once you have the ability to stay healthy and stack weeks, months, and years of training on top of one another is when you really start to see what you're capable of. When you really start to believe you can chase those big scary goals. I don’t care what you’ve run, what pace you’re at. I care how running makes you feel and what you wanna get out of your running.

I have formed bonds with my athletes and feel a connection to their goals and accomplishments. As parents balancing training and working and raising a family we understand the demands it takes to fit in your training. We make sure you give yourself more credit than you think for what you’re accomplishing. There is no goal too big or too small to work with me. I don’t guarantee PRs but I do guarantee you will learn to like yourself more though running, to find motivation you didn’t think you had and to be bold enough to believe in yourself no matter the obstacles you may face.
