Included in this is registration for 1, your hotel accommodations (private room) for 4 nights, 5 days at the Embassy Suites, pickup from Flagstaff airport or Amtrak station if you fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor and take the shuttle to Flagstaff, and transportation to all camp activities. We will cover a few meals including a pizza night hosted by Pizzicletta, coffee treats, other snacks post run, while the rest of the meals you'll have a chance to taste Flagstaff local dining. Campers will receive some super cool swag bags from our sponsors as well as access to private discounted massage and chiropractic work from our professional therapists during the camp. Some of the activities include daily morning runs on the trails of Flagstaff, clinics on nutrition, injuries, recovery, form and drills session, a strength and conditioning session with our Strength Coach and Chiropractor, and a bonding s’mores campfire. This is an experience that will stay with you for years to come.
