It all started wheN Meggie Smith Ran a 30 minute PB in the marathon as our 1st ever athlete.

Since then we have worked with over 200 athletes over the last decade training them for 5ks, halves, marathons, returning to running post partum, rediscovering their love for running, battling back after injuries, qualifying for Boston, qualifying for the Olympic Trials. Our philosophy as coaches is a combination of all the coaches we've worked with during our careers and what we've experienced in our 20+ years of running professionally. It stems from getting you to become a smarter, stronger, more consistent and injury free runner. Once you have the ability to stay healthy and stack weeks, months, and years of training on top of one another is when you really start to see what you're capable of as a runner. When you really start to believe you can chase those big scary goals.

We also make sure running is fun and try not to take ourselves too seriously. Just ask our friend and Olympic Gold medalist Dawn Harper Nelson who is laughing at Ben.

We like to think our coaching is different than online programs where you never know or talk to that coach and it can feel generic. Or situations where you don't feel you have a say in your training/racing. We have formed bonds with our athletes and feel a connection to their goals and accomplishments. As parents balancing (surviving) training and working and raising a family we understand the demands it takes to fit in your training. We make sure you give yourself more credit than you think for what you’re accomplishing. There is no goal too big or too small to work with us. We don’t guarantee PRs but we do guarentee you will learn to like youself more though running, to find motivation you didn’t think you had and to be bold enough to believe in yourself no matter the obstacles you may face.
